Magali Contardi

Magali Contardi is a postdoctoral researcher at the DIRPOLIS Institute of the Scuola Superiore Sant’Anna, where she has collaborated since 2021 on projects in the field of industrial and intellectual property, with particular focus on copyright in the creative industries. Magali has also received research and teaching appointments from universities in Italy and abroad, from WIPO, and from non-profit organisations active in the IP sector. She is also a lawyer specialised in intellectual property law; with more than ten years of experience, she has held roles within IP European and international organisations (EUIPO, EPO), at law firms in Germany and Italy, and has worked as legal counsel in the field of technology transfer. Magali is the author and co-author of publications in international journals, of studies commissioned or funded by European institutions, and of contributions to edited volumes.
