Samsaya

Sampda Sharma, artistically known as Samsaya is an Indian born Norwegian artist, singer songwriter, composer, actress and certified diversity leader. With more than 20 years of experience in the music industry, running her own record label 3 millimeter since 2010. Samsaya played several hundred concerts in Norway, and toured in the US and Asia with her last album release. Her songs have been featured in the Norwegian award winning documentary “Light Fly, Fly High”, Oscar nominated and Golden Globe winning movie “The Wrestler”, and earned her the Radio NRJ Music Award for Norwegian song of the year. Samsaya has since 2017 been working actively for equality for all creatives, as vice chair of NOPA songwriting society and board member of Tono Norwegian collective management organization and FLB Norwegian Arts council’s fund.
