Crista Pavan

Crista Pavan (born in 1994), originally from Veneto, moved to Milan to pursue her dream of a career in the music industry, soon realizing she preferred working behind the scenes. After earning a degree in Music from the University of West London and completing a specialization course in Music Marketing & Branding at IED Milan, she began gaining experience in various areas — from managing a music academy to working in social media, artist management, and live music and event production. Since 2023, she has served as Label Manager at ADA Music Italy (the distribution division of Warner Music Italy), where she continues to cultivate her passion for the music industry by supporting artists, especially emerging ones. As of 2025, she holds the role of A&R Consultant & Label Development.
