Meet the JUMPers Online! 22> 23 OCTOBER

After the sad news of MaMA’s cancellation, JUMP – the European Music Market Accelerator – is bouncing back online for two days of dedicated activities.

During these two days, the JUMP community will meet again throughout a mix of public and private events – an opportunity to showcase their innovative projects and come together to talk about perspectives for the future.

As per JUMP at MaMA’s original programme, fellows will pitch their projects to an international jury of music industry experts: Bishi Bhattacharya (Artist & Founder of WITCiH), Mathilde Neu (Consultant / MusicTech France), and Olivier Saez (Advisor & CFO / Unison) for Thursday’s Pitches; Celia Carrillo (Chief Marketing Officer / Ticketmaster) and Becci Scotcher (Senior Grants & Programmes Manager / PRS Foundation) for Friday’s pitches. They will give each fellow specific
feedback on their project. The pitch sessions will be live-streamed and open to all, so tune in and ask any questions you may have to our JUMPers about their work.

JUMP tutors, fellows and experts will also meet for extensive Ask Me Anything Sessions where they can exchange freely about anything on their mind.

JUMP – the European Music Market Accelerator provides a framework for music professionals to develop innovative business models. It aims to help the music sector adapting to the recent transformations of the market, while encouraging it to work on a transnational level.

For nine months, 10 to 20 participants coming from all over Europe will have the opportunity to develop their project and to benefit in parallel from an extensive training and a personalised tutorship. EMMA will offer three fellowships over its duration (2018-2022), each taking place respectively in 2019, 2020 and 2021.

JUMP is co-funded by the Creative Europe Programme of the European Commission and implemented by a consortium composed of MaMA Festival and Convention (FR), C.T.L (PT), Un-Convention (UK), Music Innovation Hub (IT), M.E.S.O (GR) and Nouvelle Prague (CZ).
