Stefano Tripodi is a professional photographer and Storytelling lecturer at Domus Academy Milan. In the practice of editorial photography he publishes his images on the leading international magazines such as The Wall Street Journal, Die Zeit, Departures, Conde Nast Traveler USA and more. In 2011 he founded The View From Lucania, an independent Basilicata-based organization that produces workshops, cultural events, and art publications dedicated to southern Italy. In 2021 he founded Noisecapes, a platform dedicated to experimental music and video based in Matera. Noisecapes produces artistic residencies inviting musicians and video artists to engage with the Matera surroundings. Some of the artists involved are Valentina Magaletti, sYn (Weirdcore, Aphex Twin),Daniele Antezza (Dadub),Warshadfilm, Katatonic Silentio.
