After a five-year experience in London, where he worked in the world of styling and fashion publishing, he decided to return to his homeland with the intention of merging the rural environment of a masseria in the heart of Salento with the baggage acquired in the English metropolis. He thus revolutionizes the function of use of Masseria La Restuccia, from a historic building to a temple of creativity, the first "urban masseria" in the world. With the Masseria Wave project, Gilberto wants to twist and update what in Apulia is considered the inviolable pillar of local tourism.
