French-born-Berlin-based Amande Dagod has been active in the live music sector for over a decade. In January 2020, right before the pandemic hit, she co-founded A-Okay, an artist management agency focusing on career development and international export for upcoming and more established acts. Her main goals are to put artists and their creative vision at the centre of the operation and create new models to transform the music industry with a focus on well-being, ethics and sustainability. She regularly run workshops and joins panels about live music and artist management to help upcoming artists navigate the music industry.
