And it became a hit. Who can claim ownership of what? Who should be rewarded most? Copyright, neighbouring rights, royalty splits… And don’t imagine what happens if the writers and copyright holders do not agree on splits? Let’s face it: it’s a mess. So what are propositive ways out of it?
