Dov'è Liana
Dov'è Liana is a French trio that challenges the artificiality of the world through the mystical quest for a celebration blending love, beauty, and sexuality. Their concerts are spaces of total freedom, wildly uninhibited parties where all judgment is left at the door. Inspired by their experiences in Palermo, the group creates immediately identifiable music, mixing French touch with Italian and rock influences to give birth to a new house pop, both sensual and wild.
If their first lyrics were written in Italian, it's no coincidence. During trips to Palermo, the city itself infused the group with its warm and nocturnal energy. "In Palermo, music is all about dancing," they say. Italian came naturally for "Perché Piangi Palermo", their first track, born in a single afternoon with raw production on GarageBand, before being published the very next day on Spotify. Without mixing or mastering, this spontaneous track found immediate resonance in Italy, propelling them onto the stage in one of Milan's trendiest clubs.
Dov'è Liana are three childhood friends, anonymous yet unifying, who refuse to be imprisoned by rules and
expectations. Their aesthetic is fluid and breaks stereotypes, like the scarf and glasses they wear on stage that blur
the lines of traditional masculinity. Their music, unfiltered, reflects their rejection of cynicism. The approach is direct, sincere, and the goal is clear: to offer a space freed from social constraints where everyone can be themselves, without masks or fear of judgment.
Their first album, "Love 679", is shaping up to be a bold project that transcends genres. Composed in both Italian and English, it explores strong and evocative images, carried by simple yet powerful lyrics. English allows them to convey universal ideas, Italian evokes an intimate and festive warmth.
With more than 40 sold-out concerts in Europe and growing popularity on streaming platforms, the Dov'è Liana
phenomenon embodies a generation in search of freedom, but above all, celebration. A celebration where everyone can drop their masks and celebrate life, love, and beauty in their truest and most intense forms. This vision goes beyond music: Dov'è Liana dreams of a sanctuary, a safe place where the excesses of the past are evicted to make way for a new era of respect, pleasure, and sharing. They want to prove that their generation knows how to party better than ever - with less judgment, more freedom, and a luminous energy that aspires to bring out the best of our time.
